Enjoy the local scenic trails here in Edgewater, Maryland in a whole new way! Horseback riding trail rides are a one of a kind experience. Participants must be 10 or older and capable of controlling their own horse with instruction. Depending on the rider’s experience, our staff will provide an introductory lesson prior to starting the actual trail ride. The 2 hours include tacking up, brief introduction to riding, and the trail ride itself. For your safety and enjoyment, we provide our staff as friendly trail ride guides on all rides. We do not permit double riding. Helmets, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required. Wild Kid Acres has helmets available for riders who do not have their own.
